This website is delivered through Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare’s network. When you access the website, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as your IP address, date and time, requested URL, request method, response status, browser or device information, referrer and security signals.

This processing is used to deliver the website, maintain availability, prevent abuse and protect the service. Cloudflare may process data through infrastructure in the European Economic Area, the United States and other locations in its global network.

If you submit the inquiry form, Solutia Media processes the information you provide: name, company, business email, optional website, selected service, optional advertising budget and optional message.

The form also uses a hidden anti-spam field, a form-start timestamp and a random submission token. The server creates a submission ID and timestamp and records only limited operational information about delivery success or failure. Full inquiry contents are not written to production application logs.

The data is processed to review your request, reply to you, take steps you request before a possible service agreement, prevent abuse and keep the form operational. Inquiries are sent through Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc., to Solutia Media’s Gmail inbox. This means Resend and Google may process the email addresses, message content and related delivery metadata needed to transmit and receive the inquiry.

The website uses your browser’s sessionStorage to retain limited information for the current browsing session. Depending on how you reached the website, this may include paid-campaign parameters and click identifiers, the detected advertising source, your campaign-measurement decision and a one-time marker confirming a successfully delivered inquiry.

This information preserves attribution and your choice while you move between the website’s pages. It normally remains within the browser session and is not used to identify you across separate browser sessions.

Direct and organic visitors are not shown the campaign-measurement panel, and the website does not load Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel for those visits.

When the website detects a supported paid campaign, it first asks whether you allow campaign measurement. No Google or Meta measurement service is loaded before you choose “Allow”. If you decline, those services are not loaded during that browser session.

If you allow measurement, Google Analytics 4 is loaded for the paid session. Google Ads measurement is additionally configured only for detected Google Ads traffic, and Meta Pixel is loaded only for detected Meta paid traffic. These services may process page URLs, campaign parameters, click identifiers, browser and device information, IP-derived information, referrer data and page-view or conversion events. They may also use cookies or similar identifiers under their own responsibility.

Solutia Media does not send the name, company, email, website, service selection, budget or message from the inquiry form to Google or Meta. A lead event is sent only after the inquiry backend confirms delivery and only where the relevant campaign measurement was allowed.

Your decision is stored only for the browser session. You can refuse measurement in the panel or clear the website’s session data to reset the choice. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already occurred.

Personal data is disclosed only where needed to operate the website, deliver inquiries, measure consented paid campaigns, comply with legal obligations or protect legitimate rights. Relevant providers are Cloudflare, Resend, Google and, where Meta campaign measurement is allowed, Meta.

Some providers are based in or process data in the United States and other countries. Their level of data protection may differ from Switzerland. Where required, transfers are handled through recognised safeguards made available by the relevant provider, such as adequacy frameworks or standard contractual clauses. Provider privacy notices linked above describe their processing and transfer mechanisms in more detail.

Inquiry data is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to review and respond to the request, manage any resulting business relationship, meet applicable record-keeping duties or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. No fixed retention period is stated where the appropriate period depends on the inquiry and any later relationship.

SessionStorage data is limited to the browser session. Service providers may retain technical and delivery data according to their own documented retention rules and legal obligations.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability or withdrawal of consent. These rights may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
